摘要
化工仪表是化工企业自动化控制的组成部分,相当于人体的“眼、脑、手”,承担着化工生产中重要参数的检测与控制任务,其准确、可靠性至关重要。而化工仪表在实际使用运行中不可避免地会出现一些问题和故障,因此维护与检修工作直接关系到生产效率,并对整个生产安全起到决定性作用。由于化工生产装置与设备的高危性,化工仪表检修作业需要谨慎处理,需要在维修工作实践中不断优化思路和措施,确保科学高效。
Chemical instrument is an integral part of the automatic control of chemical enterprises,equivalent to human eyes,brains and hands.It is responsible for the detection and control of important parameters in chemical production,and its accuracy and reliability are crucial.However,some problems and failures will inevitably occur in the actual use and operation of chemical instruments.Therefore,the work of maintenance and overhaul is directly related to production eff iciency and plays a decisive role in the overall production safety.Due to the high risk of chemical production devices and equipment,the maintenance of chemical instruments needs to be handled carefully.It is necessary to continuously optimize ideas and measures in the practice of maintenance to ensure scientif ic and eff icient.
