摘要
中医药凝结了中华民族的智慧,兼具理论与实践双重属性,具有融合一二三产业的特质,在产业、文化、生态等方面与乡村振兴具有内在统一性,是推进我国乡村振兴的支撑力量。新时代背景下,全面挖掘中医药的丰厚资源,充分发挥中医药的独特优势,并将其与乡村振兴有效衔接,通过推动中医药医疗服务下沉农村、大力发展中医药产业、加快中医药文化设施建设、探索数字中医药新形态等实践路径,在保护乡村生态环境的基础上推进共同富裕,走出一条特色中医药乡村振兴之路。
Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has condensed the humanistic wisdom of the Chinese nation,has both theoretical and practical attributes,and is characterized by the integration of primary,secondary,and tertiary industries.It has an intrinsic unity with the revitalization of the countryside in terms of industry,culture,ecology,etc.,and it is an important support for the promotion of the revitalization of the countryside in China.In the context of the new era,we should comprehensively explore the rich resources of TCM,give full play to the unique advantages of TCM,effectively connect it with rural revitalization,promote the sinking of TCM medical services in the countryside,vigorously develop the TCM industry,accelerate the construction of TCM cultural facilities,explore the new form of digital TCM and other practical approaches,and promote the common prosperity based on the protection of the ecological environment of the countryside,so that the results of the poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation can be consolidated and expanded in an effective way.It can effectively consolidate and expand the results of poverty alleviation,truly take out a road of rural revitalization of TCM with characteristics suitable for China's national conditions.
