摘要
张家界饮食文化源远流长,将饮食文化与旅游业融合发展既有助于促进张家界旅游经济发展,也有助于合理运用旅游的方式保护和传承饮食文化。文章通过分析张家界饮食文化特征并进行实地调研与线上线下访谈,深入挖掘张家界饮食文化旅游发展的现实状况与困境。在此研究基础上有针对性地提出一系列优化路径与对策,以推动张家界饮食文化旅游的高质量发展。
Zhangjiajie’s food culture has a long and rich history,integrating culinary culture with the tourism industry not only helps promote the growth of Zhangjiajie’s tourism economy,but also enables the rational use of tourism to protect and inherit food culture.By ana lyzing the characteristics of Zhangjiajie’s food culture and conducting on-site research and online and offline interviews,the paper aims to deeply explore the current situation and difficulties in the development of Zhangjiajie’s food culture tourism.Based on this research,a series of targeted optimization paths and strategies are proposed to promote the high-quality development of Zhangjiajie’s food culture tourism.
