摘要
当前,我国专业学位研究生招生规模在不断扩大,但人才培养过程中存在着与学术型研究生培养模式同质化等问题,难以满足产业需求。辽宁石油化工大学控制工程专业经过多年的探索和实践,以石油化工产业需求为导向,以实践创新能力培养为核心,构建了“两驱动、四递进、三支撑”的人才培养体系,建立了对接产业需求的教育质量评价和持续改进机制,以期培养更多能够适应石化产业升级和引领行业发展的高层次应用型人才。
At present,the enrollment scale of professional degree graduate students is constantly expanding.However,in the process of talent cultivation,there are problems such as homogenization of training models with academic graduates,so it is difficult to meet the needs of industry.After years of exploration and practice,the Speciality of Control Engineering of Liaoning Petrochemical University has developed a talent training system of "two drives,four progressions,and three supports",guided by the needs of petrochemical industry and centered on the cultivation of practical and innovative abilities.An education quality evaluation and continuous improvement mechanism aligning with industry demand has been established.This system will help to cultivate more high-level applied talents who can adapt to the upgrading and lead to the development of the petrochemical industry.
