摘要
目的分析风险管理在肿瘤科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月—2024年4月于吉林大学中日联谊医院肿瘤综合介入病区工作的8名护理人员作为研究对象,根据护理管理模式实施的时间进行分组,2022年3月—2023年3月实施常规管理,设为常规组;2023年4月—2024年4月实施风险管理,设为研究组,两组为同一批护理人员。比较两组护理管理质量(服务态度、操作规范性、书写规范性、护患沟通)评分、护理能力(风险评估能力、应急能力、风险化解能力、专业护理能力)评分以及护理人员对肿瘤科相关知识掌握度(理论知识、实践知识、风险知识)评分。结果研究组护理管理质量评分、护理能力评分、对肿瘤科相关知识掌握度评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论风险管理应用在肿瘤科护理管理中能有效提升护理管理质量,增强护理人员护理能力以及对肿瘤科相关知识的掌握度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of risk management in oncology nursing management.Methods From March 2022 to April 2024,a total of 8 nurses working in the Tumor Comprehensive Interventional Ward of Jilin University Sino Japanese Friendship Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were grouped according to the time of implementation of nursing management mode.From March 2022 to March 2023,routine management was implemented and set as routine group.From April 2023 to April 2024,risk management was implemented as a research group,and the two groups were the same nursing staff.The scores of nursing management quality(service attitude,operation standardization,writing standardization,nurse-patient communication),nursing ability(risk assessment ability,emergency ability,risk resolution ability,professional nursing ability)and nurses'mastery of oncology related knowledge(theoretical knowledge,practical knowledge,risk knowledge)of two groups were compared.Results The scores of nursing management quality,nursing ability and mastery of oncology related knowledge in the research group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management in oncology nursing management can effectively improve the quality of nursing management,enhance the nursing ability of nursing staff and the mastery of oncology related knowledge.
