摘要
目的探讨分层团队管理模式对肿瘤科护士工作质量的影响。方法选择2018年3月-2019年12月该院肿瘤科18名护士作为研究对象,该组护士在2018年3月-2019年1月采取常规护理管理方案,在2019年2-12月则采取分层团队管理模式进行管理。对比两种护理管理模式下护士的护理工作质量,以及对肿瘤科护理工作的满意度。结果干预后护理质量分值为(93.4±2.8)分,干预前为(82.4±3.5)分,干预后护理质量分值高于干预前,对比差异有统计学意义(t=10.412,P<0.001)。干预后对工作的总满意率为100.00%,高于干预前77.78%,对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.500,P=0.019)。结论分层团队管理模式在肿瘤科中取得了显著的应用效果,进一步提高了护士工作质量。
Objective To explore the impact of the hierarchical team management model on the work quality of oncology nurses.Methods From March 2018 to December 2019,18 nurses in the oncology department of the hospital were selected as the research subjects.This group of nurses adopted a routine nursing management plan from March 2018 to January 2019,and from February to December 2019,a hierarchical team management model was adopted for management.Compare the quality of nursing work of the two nursing management modes of nurses and their satisfaction with the nursing work of the oncology department.Results The score of nursing quality after intervention was(93.4±2.8)points,and that before intervention was(82.4±3.5)points.The scores of nursing quality after intervention were higher than those before intervention.The difference was statistically significant(t=10.412,P<0.001).The overall satisfaction rate for work after the intervention was 100.00%,which was higher than 77.78%before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.500,P=0.019).Conclusion The hierarchical team management model has achieved significant application effects in the oncology department,which further improves the quality of nurses'work.
