摘要
为了提高公立医院多院区管理水平,创新多院区管理模式,本文以公立医院多院区管理为中心,对多院区管理内涵进行诠释,并通过理论与文献等提取研究,分析医院多院区管理面临的压力,同步探索管理模式优化路径,以及实际管理中实践效果,以期为未来工作开展提供参考。
In order to improve the management level of multi-hospital areas in public hospitals and innovate the management mode of multi-hospital areas,this paper focus on the management of multi-hospital areas in public hospitals as the center.This paper interprets the connotation of multi-hospital area management,and through the extraction of theory and literature,analyes the pressure faced by multi-hospital area management in hospitals,explores the optimization path of management mode at the same time,and the practial effect in actual management,in order to provide reference for future work.
