摘要
教学团队是高校开展人才培养的基础单元,是落实立德树人根本任务的重要支撑,它直接决定了专业、课程教学改革的实施落地。针对应用型地方高校在新工科专业中的新需求,基于高校人才培养和教学团队建设长期发展需要,电工电子教学团队围绕车辆工程等新工科专业开展师资队伍建设,紧扣学校特色、提出了强化教学团队目标管理、助推教师多维能力提升、落实“三全育人”的建设思路。实践结果表明,经过多维度能力培养,提高了教师教学能力,增强了教学团队综合实力,提升了专业建设水平。
The teaching team is the fundamental unit for universities to carry out talent cultivation,which directly determines the implementation of professional and curriculum teaching reforms,and it is the most important battlefield for cultivating morality and talents.In response to the new needs of application-oriented local undergraduate universities in emerging engineering majors,based on the long-term development needs of talent cultivation and teaching team construction in universities,combined with the development of teaching staff in emerging engineering majors such as vehicle engineering,mechanical manufacturing,and automation in our school's electrical and electronic teaching team,this paper proposes a construction idea of closely following the school's characteristics,strengthening teaching team goal management,and promoting the improvement of teachers' multi-dimensional abilities.The implementation results indicate that through the cultivation of multi-dimensional abilities in multiple aspects,the teaching ability of teachers has been improved,the teaching staff has been strengthened,and the level of professional education has been improved.
