摘要
跌打丸为《中国药典》(2020年版)收载的中成药,为临床常用的治疗跌打损伤、骨折、促进骨折愈合的中成药。本文从跌打丸所含化学成分和临床疗效,对跌打丸的研究进展进行综述,同时,结合医药工业、制药工程技术及产品二次开发大背景,对跌打丸的制药工艺关键技术进行展望,以期为跌打丸的指标性化学成分的拟定、质量标准提升、临床用药、安全性评价及产品二次开发提供参考和基础资料。
Dieda Pills is a Chinese patent medicine included in the“Chinese Pharmacopoeia”(2020 Edition).It is a Chinese patent medicine commonly used in clinical practice to treat traumatic injuries,fractures,and promote fracture healing.In this paper,the research progress of Dieda Pills was reviewed from the chemical composition and clinical efficacy of Dieda Pills.At the same time,combined with the background of pharmaceutical industry,pharmaceutical engineering and product secondary development,the key technologies of pharmaceutical technology of Dieda Pills were prospected,in order to provide reference and basic data for the formulation of index chemical composition,quality standard improvement,clinical medication,safety evaluation and product secondary development of Dieda Pills.
