摘要
通过分析药物美金刚的专利申请现状,把握此类药物可能的发展方向,为国内相关企业提供系统完整的专利研究和分析,并根据国内专利现状制定相应的应对策略和长远发展规划,为阿尔茨海默病的治疗提供一定的帮助。从美金刚相关专利出发,对美金刚专利申请量趋势、专利申请人等进行了分析。预期未来的发展方向可能包括美金刚前体、晶型、药物联用、寻求新的高效制备方法等方面。企业可以加强技术合作和创新研发,努力推进治疗阿尔茨海默病的药物研究,不断开发外围专利技术,提高企业的市场竞争力,从而获得更大的市场份额和利润。
By analyzing state of patent application for drug memantine,ascertaining possible direction of development of this drug,providing systematic complete patent research and analysis for domestic related businesses,and developing corresponding coping strategies and long-term development programs based on state of patent,providing some assistance for treatment of Alzheimer's disease.Based on the patents related to Memantine,this paper analyzes the trend of patent application volume and patent applicants.The expected future development directions may include the precursor,crystal form,drug combination,and seeking new and efficient preparation methods of Memantine.Businesses can enhance technology collaboration and innovation development,strives to advance drug research for treatment of Alzheimer's disease,continually developing peripheral patent technology,and thereby gaining greater market share and profits.
