252 kV环保型GIS双断口真空断路器并联电容的电场分析计算

Electric Field Analysis and Calculation of Parallel Capacitors for 252 kV Environmentfriendly GIS Double-break Vacuum Circuit Breaker

摘要 文中设计了两种新型252 kV环保型GIS双断口真空断路器均压结构形式,采用双断口真空灭弧室每断口并联一根电容或两根电容两种不同的均压方式,通过对不同均压方式计算电场值对比分析,得出了双断口真空断路器不同的均压方式对主要部件电场的影响规律。计算结果表明:真空灭弧室并联单根电容的均压方式只会减小断口间的不均匀系数,但是对屏蔽罩和触头的电场强度降低不明显,而两根单电容串联的均压方式不仅减小断口不均匀系数且降低了真空灭弧室内悬浮屏蔽罩之间的电位差值,使电位分布更均匀,降低屏蔽罩及触头场强值,相对于并联单电容的均压方式触头最大场强值降低了25.78%。 This article designs two new types of 252 kV environmentally friendly GIS double break vacuum circuit breaker voltage sharing structures,the two different equalizing methods are adopted,namely,one capacitor is connected in parallel at each break of the double-break vacuum interrupter,or two capacitors are connected in parallel at each break,comparative analysis of electric field values calculated by different voltage equalization methods,the influence of different voltage equalization methods on the electric field of the main components of the double break vacuum circuit breaker has been obtained.The calculation results show that:the voltage equalization method of parallel single capacitor in the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber only reduces the non-uniformity coefficient between the breaks,however it will lead to excessive electric field strength of the shielding cover and the contact,the voltage equalization method of two single capacitors connected in series not only reduces the non-uniformity coefficient of the fracture,but also reduces the potential difference between the suspended shielding cover in vacuum interrupter,making the potential distribution more uniform,reducing the field strength value of the shielding cover and contacts,relative to the voltage equalization method of parallel single capacitorsand the maximum electricfield strength is reduced by 25.78%.
