摘要
在空心化背景下,农村传统家庭养老模式已经逐渐地不能够满足老年人养老需要。农村互助养老模式相比传统家庭养老模式,有着养老成本低、养老风险低、有效提升老人归属感、灵活性高等诸多优势,在空心化背景下成为一种符合趋势的合理选择。但是,我国农村互助养老模式总体仍处于起步阶段,面临着资金来源匮乏、政府支持力度不够、参与主体积极性不高、养老服务专业人才缺位、养老服务智能化水平较低等挑战。面对这些挑战,应该充分考虑农村的实际情况,制定相应的对策,以确保农村互助养老模式的持续健康发展。
In the context of hollowing out,the traditional family elderly care model in rural areas has gradually become unable to meet the elderly’s elderly care needs.Compared with traditional fami-ly-based elderly care models,the rural mutual aid elderly care model has many advantages such as low elderly care costs,low elderly care risks,effective improvement of the elderly sense of be-longing,and high flexibility.In the context of hollowing out,it has become a reasonable choice that conforms to the trend.However,the overall mutual aid elderly care model in rural areas of China is still in its early stages,facing challenges such as a lack of funding sources,insufficient govern-ment support,low enthusiasm of participating entities,a shortage of professional talents in elder-ly care services,and a low level of intelligence in elderly care services.Faced with these challenges,we should fully consider the specific situation in rural areas and formulate corresponding coun-termeasures to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the rural mutual aid elderly care model.
