摘要
近年来,关于互助养老的研究主要集中在互助养老的功能定位、影响因素、发展困境等方面。基于学者们的研究内容,从个体因素、养老氛围、外界支持三个方面,总结了影响农村互助养老满意度的12个因素。首先采用AHP法对12个变量进行计算分析,根据因素权值大小进行排序,然后通过DEMATEL法得出各影响因素的综合影响度。结果表明:管理及服务水平、服务内容完善性、医疗保健满意度对农村互助养老满意度影响较大,文化程度、收入来源稳定程度、文娱活动组织频率、社会团体支持度对农村互助养老满意度影响最小。在此基础上,提出了完善农村互助养老模式的相关对策建议。
Research on mutual-aid elderly care in recent years mainly focuses on functions,influencing factors and its dilemma.Based on previous studies,this paper summarized 12 factors that affect the degree of satisfaction with mutual-aid elderly care from three aspects:individual factors,care environment and external support.At first,12 variables were calculated and analyzed by the AHP method,and then ranked according to their weights.The comprehensive impact degree of each factor was then obtained through the DEMATEL method.Results show that the level of management and service,service content completeness and medical care satisfaction have a greater influence on people’s satisfaction.In contrast,level of education,stability of income source,the frequency of recreational activities and the support of social groups have the least impact on satisfaction.Then we put forward some suggestions on how to improve mutual-aid eldercare models in rural China.
