摘要
根据核电厂对核安全级PT100热电阻温度传感器测量的要求,设计了一种高可靠性的核安全级变送模块。创新采用了硬件模拟技术,相较于采用处理器和可编程逻辑控制器的变送模块,电路实现简单,稳定可靠。针对具体实现,完整阐述了电源电路、恒流源电路、电压测量电路、电压调理电路、曲线调节电路和V/I电路的设计,并对样品进行了核安全级设备鉴定试验。试验结果表明,设计稳定可靠,满足核电厂核安全级产品标准要求。
According to the requirements of nuclear power plants for measuring nuclear safety level PT100 thermal resistance temperature sensors,a highly reliable nuclear safety level transmission module has been designed.The innovation adopts hardware simulation technology,and compared to the transmission module using processors and programmable logic controllers,the circuit implementation is simple,stable,and reliable.For specific implementation,the design of power supply circuit,constant current source circuit,voltage measurement circuit,voltage regulation circuit,curve regulation circuit,and V/I circuit was fully explained,and nuclear safety level equipment identification tests were conducted on the samples.The test results indicate that the design is stable and reliable,meeting the requirements of nuclear safety level product standards for nuclear power plants.
