摘要
福氏志贺菌的检测需要专业设备和特定的实验室条件才能进行,而且数天才能得出结果。本文利用主控器STM32发出信号控制三电极传感器,使其促进溶液中样品发生电化学反应,从而产生与福氏志贺菌浓度相关的电流,经三电极传感器采集,处理后传回STM32,最终在液晶屏上显示福氏志贺菌的浓度值。该研究对福氏志贺菌的快速检测具有重要意义。
The detection of Shigella flexneri needs the professional equipment and specific laboratory conditions,and the detection usually takes several days to get results. The main controller STM32 sends signals to control the three electrode sensor,which promote the solution of the sample to occurs electrochemical reactions,and result in current which is relative to Shigella flexneri concentration. The current through the acquisition of three electrode sensor,flows back to the STM32 after the treatment. The concentration of Shigella flexneri value will be displayed on the LCD screen. The study has important implications for the rapid detection of Shigella flexneri.
