摘要
阿尔茨海默病是以进行性认知功能损害为核心的疾病。现代医学研究表明阿尔茨海默病的发病与系统因素密切相关,这与中医的整体观念不谋而合,也为中西医学发展融合、携手共进提供了良好契机。“气血理论”是中医整体观念框架的基石,文章以“气血”为切入点,深入剖析阿尔茨海默病发病的科学内涵,以期为临床防治阿尔茨海默病提供新思路。
Alzheimer's disease is a disease with progressive cognitive impairment as the core.In recent years,studies have shown that the incidence of Alzheimer's disease is closely related to systematic factors,which coincides with the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine,and also provides a good opportunity for the development and integration of Chinese and Western medicine."Qi and blood theory"is the cornerstone of the theoretical framework of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper will take"Qi and blood"as the starting point,sort out the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease from the overall perspective of China and the West,and deeply analyze the scientific connotation of the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease,in order to provide new ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
