On Strategies for Enhancing the Communicative and Influential Power of Chinese Civilization through International Chinese Education

摘要国际中文教育是增强中华文明传播力影响力的重要载体,增强中华文明传播力影响力为国际中文教育创新发展提供价值导向。文章首先诠释了国际中文教育和增强中华文明传播力影响力的内涵意蕴。其次,从逻辑关联和相互作用两个方面阐释二者之间的关系,逻辑关联表现为国际中文教育通过提升中文国际地位、促进文明交流互鉴、助力中外贸易畅通、促进中外民心相通等方式促进中华文明传播力影响力提升;相互作用表现为国际中文教育与增强中华文明传播力影响力互相影响,并在多元主体长期、稳定地支持下共同进步。最后,提出国际中文教育促进中华文明传播力影响力提升的路径:完善国际中文教育体系、提高国际中文教学质量、建强国际中文人才队伍、丰富国际中文产品服务以及强化现代科学技术赋能等。 International Chinese education serves as a crucial vehicle for enhancing the communicative and influential power of Chinese civilization globally.Strengthening the communicative and influential power of Chinese civilization provides guiding values for the innovative development of international Chinese education,creating a mutually relationship between the two.Firstly,this article elucidates the essence and significance of international Chinese education and the enhancement of the communicative and influential power of Chinese civilization.Secondly,it expounds on the relationship between the two from the perspectives of logical correlation and mutual effect.The logical connection is manifested in the promotion of the spread and influence of Chinese civilization through enhancing the international status of Chinese,promoting cultural exchanges and mutual learning,facilitating smooth trade between China and foreign countries,and promoting the connection between Chinese and foreign people's hearts.Mutual effect demonstrates a virtuous cycle of interaction between international Chinese education and the enhancement of the communicative and influential power of Chinese civilization,sustained by long-term and stable support from multiple subjects.Finally,strategies for enhancing the communicative and influential power of Chinese civilization through international Chinese education is presented,including improving the international Chinese education system,improving the quality of international Chinese teaching,strengthening the international Chinese talent team,enriching the international Chinese products and services,and strengthening the modern science and technology empowerment.
