摘要
随着西部大开发、兴边富民行动和“一带一路”倡议等的实施,西南边境地区迎来快速发展。文章聚焦西南边境经济合作区,通过详细分析西南边境经济合作区的经济效应,揭示影响西南边境经济合作区发展的主要因素。研究发现,尽管西南边境经济合作区的发展势头良好,但仍面临诸多挑战,包括基础设施不足、尖端人才缺乏、经济增长动力不均衡、产业结构层次偏低等问题。为此,文章依托西南边疆地区发展现状,提出了相关的针对性对策建议,以不断深化边疆地区对外开放,加快推动边疆经济高质量发展。
With the implementation of the Western Development,the Program to Revitalize Border Areas and Enrich Residents’Lives and the“Belt and Road”initiative,the southwest border area has ushered in rapid devel-opment.This study focuses on the Southwest Border Economic Cooperation Zone.Through a detailed analysis of the economic effects of the Southwest Border Economic Cooperation Zone.This article reveals the main constraints af-fecting the development of the Southwest Border Economic Cooperation Zone.The study found that although the de-velopment momentum of the Southwest Border Economic Cooperation Zone goes well,it still faces many challenges,including insufficient infrastructure,lack of cutting-edge talents,unbalanced economic growth momentum,and low industrial structure.Therefore,based on the development status of the southwest frontier region,this paper puts for-ward relevant targeted countermeasures and suggestions to continuously deepen the opening up of the frontier region and accelerate the high-quality development of the frontier economy.
