工程教育认证背景下校企协同育人模式研究

摘要为促进高等工程教育的质量和提升学生的就业竞争力,本文分析探讨了工程教育认证背景下校企协同育人模式。本文分析了校企协同育人模式存在的问题,主要包含校企协同育人模式仍处于浅层次,学科教育与企业需求不匹配,协同育人教育主体不明确,协同育人质量监控与评价机制缺乏等问题。从以学生为中心、以学生学习产出为导向、强调合格评价与质量持续改进三个工程教育认证核心要求,阐述了校企协同育人模式的改进措施。本文的研究成果旨在为加强高等工程教育中校企协同育人模式实施与改革提供有效的参考意见。 In order to promote the quality of higher engineering education and enhance the students'employment competitiveness,this paper analyzes and discusses the school-enterprise cooperative education mode under the background of engineering education certification.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the school-enterprise collaborative education mode,mainly including the school-enterprise collaborative education mode is still in the shallow level,the mismatch between subject education and enterprise needs,the main subject of collaborative education is not clear,and the lack of quality monitoring and evaluation mechanism of collaborative education.From the three core requirements of engineering education certification,which are student-centered,student-learning output-oriented,and emphasis on qualified evaluation and quality continuous improvement,the improvement measures of school-enterprise cooperative education mode are expounded.The research results of this paper aim to provide effective reference opinions for strengthening the implementation and reform of university-enterprise collaborative education mode in higher engineering education.
