摘要
赣南脐橙产业是赣州市乡村振兴中经历50年形成的产业。2023年,赣州市脐橙种植面积12.93万hm^(2),品牌价值691.27亿元。在新形势下,赣南脐橙产业发展到新阶段,对其进行深入调研,发现赣南脐橙产业存在产业产品安全令人担忧、品牌效应没有充分凸显、人才梯队培养“政府缺位”、果园设施保障迫在眉睫、产业标准体系亟待推陈出新、产业社会化服务体系建设差距较大等问题。因此,提出高度重视产业安全、高度重视品种的研发和品质的提升、更加重视发挥品牌引领作用、更加重视科技人才支撑、加快建立现代产业链标准体系、加快健全产业社会化服务体系、扶持规范农村电商平台发展、支持发展果品精深加工等助推赣南脐橙产业高质量发展的建议。
Gannan navel orange industry had been formed over 50 years in rural revitalization.In 2023,the planting area of navel oranges in Ganzhou was 129,300 hectares,with a brand value of 69.127 billion yuan.Under the new situation,the industry of Gannan navel orange had reached a new stage of development.Through in-depth research,it has been found that there are some problems in the Gannan navel orange industry,such as people were not confident about the safety of industrial products,the achievements of the brand had not been fully highlighted,the absence of government hinders the cultivation of talent echelons,the guarantee of orchard facilities is urgent,the industry standard system urgently needed to be innovated,and there was a significant gap in the construction of industrial socialized service systems.Therefore,it is proposed to attach great importance to improving the quality of varieties,better emphasis should be placed on leveraging brand leadership,better emphasis should be placed on supporting scientific and technological talents,accelerating the establishment of a modern industrial chain standard system,accelerating the improvement of the industrial socialization service system,supporting and standardize the development of rural e-commerce platforms,supporting the development of deep processing of fruits and other suggestions to promote the high-quality development of Gannan navel orange industry.
