摘要
为有效控制柑橘黄龙病发生危害,保护黄岩蜜橘产业可持续健康发展,本文调查了采取挖病树治木虱等综合措施果园与不挖病树不治木虱的发病果园2002—2019年柑橘黄龙病株发病率。结果表明综合防控果园2006—2012年当年株发病率在5%以下,2013—2019年当年株发病率却在1%以下;不挖病树不治木虱果园,2004年开始当年株发病率一直在7%以上,至2018年高达86.67%,达到彻底毁园程度。该结果也表明柑橘黄龙病防控应坚持行政措施与技术措施相结合,运用建立防控指挥、责任考核、经费保障、知识普及、监测预警与科学防控、病源清除、种苗监管和防控示范等八大体系,能够取得良好的社会经济生态效果,对提高广大农民防控柑橘黄龙病的信心和种橘积极性,保障柑橘安全生产有积极意义,对相似柑橘生产区开展柑橘黄龙病防控工作也有指导意义。
With the aim to control the citrus Huanglongbing effectively and protect the sustainable and healthy development of Huangyan citrus industry,this paper involves an investigation into the incidence of citrus Huanglongbing over a period of time from 2002 to 2019.The investigation was carried out via a comparison between the orchards with the integrated measures and those without any technical measures.Results obtained show that the orchards with the integrated measures had<5%incidence from 2006 to2012,and<1%from 2013 to 2019.By contrast,the incidence was over 7%in 2004 and 86.67%in 2018 in the orchards where the integrated measures were not implemented.Also,these results justify the need for the combination of the administrative measures with technical ones in order for citrus Huanglongbing to be under the control.As a result,the"Eight Systems"have been proposed to achieve good social,economic and ecological effects.These include establishment of command system for prevention and control,responsibility assessment,fund guarantee,knowledge popularization,monitoring and early warning,scientific control,elimination of disease sources,supervision of seedling producing,as well as site demonstration.The application of these"Eight Systems"to the prevention for citrus Huanglongbing would be of positive significance to improve the farmers’confidence and enthusiasm in growing citrus,and ensure citrus production safety.Furthermore,it also has guiding significance for the control of citrus Huanglongbing in the similar citrus production areas.
