摘要
为解决球杆仪平行簧片式结构中普遍存在的机械耦合问题,依据阿贝原则设计了一种弧形槽膜片导轨。通过控制变量法改变膜片导轨的结构参数,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其进行静力学特性分析,分析发现:孔对数为3对孔,孔跨距为110°及孔宽5 mm的弧形槽柔性膜片的刚度比最优。同时基于ADA2200为解调芯片设计LVDT高精度信号调理电路,结果表明,在±500μm的测量范围内,标准差估计值为±0.66μm,检测精度达到了1μm,能够满足球杆仪的工作要求。
In order to solve the mechanical coupling problem commonly existing in the parallel reed structure of Double ball bar,an arc-shaped groove diaphragm guideway is designed according to Abb's principle.By enumerating and changing the structural parameters of the membrane guide rail,the Statics characteristics of the membrane guide rail are analyzed using the ANSYS Wrokbench finite element analysis software.It is found that the rigidity ratio of the arc groove flexible membrane with three pairs of holes,a hole span of 110°and a hole width of 5 mm is optimal.At the same time,a high-precision LVDT signal-conditioning circuit is designed based on ADA2200 as the demodulation chip.The results show that within the measurement range of±500um,the estimated standard deviation is±0.66 um,and the detection accuracy reaches 1 um,which can meet the working requirements of Double ball bar.
