摘要
目的主要对糖尿病认知功能障碍(diabetic cognitive impairment,DCI)的现代认识及中医药在防治DCI方面的研究进展进行综述。方法通过检阅国内外相关文献,对其进行整理和总结。结果中医对该病的病因、病机和治疗方案有独到见解且初具成效,可通过降低血糖、减少炎症因子、抑制氧化应激反应等机制改善大脑的认知功能。结论中医的整体观和辨证论治对于延缓DCI的发展有其优势,在对DCI的治疗方面已取得了很大进展,但此病的临床及实验研究仍处于探索阶段,对其认识仍存在不足。
Objective This article mainly reviews the modern understanding of diabetes cognitive impairment(DCI)and the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of DCI.Methods The method involves reviewing relevant literature both domestically and internationally,organizing and summarizing them.Results As a result,traditional Chinese medicine has unique insights into the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment plan of this disease,and has shown initial results.It can improve cognitive function of the brain through mechanisms such as lowering blood sugar,reducing inflammatory factors,and inhibiting oxidative stress response.Conclusion The holistic view and differentiating syndrome treatment of traditional Chinese medicine have advantages in delaying the development of DCI,and great progress has been made in the treatment of DCI.However,clinical and experimental research on this disease is still in the exploratory stage,and there is still insufficient understanding of it.
