摘要
微核检测技术在世界范围内被广泛应用于环境监测以及食品安全性检测,由于其可操作性强,亦是大学开展课外活动,培养学生科研能力的有效方法。本文针对传统方法中本底微核数变异大和检验效率低的问题,提出了新的设计方案及分析方法。对师生进行课外研究及环境因素的遗传安全性分析与鉴定具有一定指导意义。
Micronucleus detection technology is widely used in environment monitoring and food safety inspecting all over the world and it is also a routine method for undergraduates to perform scientific research thinking training in genetics experiment teaching of university.In this study,a proposal was presented to enhance the test efficiency of micronucleus detection technology.Compared with the traditional micronucleus detection method,the new method is easier to find the difference among the experimental data and therefore identify the disadvantageous effectors on biological development.This work has a certain guiding significance for teachers and students to carry out the research of laboratory opening project and identification of genetic safety of environmental factors.
