摘要
目的探索基于放射科信息系统/图像归档和通信系统(radiology information system/picture archiving and communication systems,RIS/PACS)的等级评分报告质量控制系统在放射科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用效果。方法选取2020年4-10月重庆医科大学附属大学城医院10名放射科住培医师作为研究对象,比较实施等级评分报告质量控制系统前1个月和实施后第6个月的报告质量的差评率。结果实施等级评分报告质量控制系统后第6个月的报告评价差评率(1.16%)低于实施前1个月(3.97%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于RIS/PACS的质量评价能更好地完成放射科住院医师规范化培训,提升学员的主观能动性和核心岗位胜任能力,减少报告评价差评率。
Objective To explore the application of radiology information systems/picture archiving and communication systems(RIS/PACS)based grading report quality control system in the standardized training for radiology residents.Methods A total of 10 radiologists from University-Town Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from April to October 2020 were selected as the research objects to compare the poor rating rate of report quality in the first month before and the sixth month after the implementation of the grade scoring report quality control system.Results The poor rating rate of report evaluation in the sixth month after the implementation of the grade scoring report quality control system(1.16%)was lower than that in the first month before the implementation(3.97%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The RIS/PACS based grading report quality control system can better complete the standardized training of radiology residents,improve the subjective initiative of students and the competence of core positions,and reduce the poor rate of report evaluation.
