摘要
作者首先介绍了WPBA在英国毕业后医学教育中的应用概况;然后详细分析了WPBA这一评估模式的含义、特征、主要测评工具及意义;最后对我国住院医师规范化培训进行了简要的讨论。
The paper introduces the application of WPBA in British Postgraduate Medical Education from the perspectives of its background,content,features,assessment tools as well as its implications.It is hoped that China＇s resident training programme can take a leaf out of Britain＇s experience.
