摘要
随着生产力的发展,中国已经进入城镇化快速发展时期,农村也逐步进入现代化。中国城镇化是政府主导的,政府提出了乡村振兴战略,要求推动农村城镇化高质量发展。农村城镇化要分区域结合具体环境高质量地推动,促进产业升级,大力发展外向型经济和非农产业,发展教育、医疗、交通、环保等公共事业;农村城镇化要分阶段实施,加大基础设施建设,发挥市场和政府的联合作用,实现城乡均衡发展;农村城镇化要大力发展乡村市场主体,消除城乡二元结构,发展现代农业,推动城乡融合。
With the development of productive forces,China has entered a period of rapid urbanization and the countryside has gradually entered modernization.China's urbanization is government-led,and the government has put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,which calls for promoting the high-quality development of rural urbanization.Rural urbanization should be promoted in high quality by region in conjunction with the specific environment,promote industrial upgrading,vigorously develop the export-oriented economy and non-agricultural industries,and develop public utilities such as education,medical care,transportation,and environmental protection;rural urbanization should be implemented in phases,with increased infrastructure construction,and the joint role of the market and the government should be brought into play,so as to achieve balanced development of both urban and rural areas;Rural urbanization should vigorously develop rural market main bodies,eliminate the dual structure of urban and rural areas,develop modern agriculture,and promote urban-rural integration.
