身管内膛磨损对弹丸运动规律的影响研究

摘要 火炮发射过程中,高速运动的弹丸会对身管内膛产生磨损,从而导致身管内膛的结构发生改变,直接影响到弹丸的运动特性。针对火炮身管内膛磨损所导致的弹丸运动规律变化的问题,以某大口径火炮为对象,通过建立5种不同内膛损伤程度的身管有限元模型,利用ABAQUS/Explicit有限元软件及其VUAMP子程序,将内弹道方程组与有限元模型进行耦合求解。研究结果表明:随着径向磨损量的增加,弹丸的挤进过程加速,弹丸挤进过程的行程和时间变长,弹丸挤进结束时的速度变大,主要弹道性能如初速和膛压逐渐减小。此研究为深入了解内膛损伤对弹道性能变化规律的影响提供了有益参考,为提高火炮性能及延长其使用寿命提供了有力支持。 During the artillery firing process,the high-temperature,high-pressure propellant gas,and the high-speed moving projectile contribute to the wear of the barrel bore,which subsequently alters the barrel bore′s structure and directly impacts the ballistic performance.To address this issue concerning changes in projectile motion caused by barrel wear,a large-caliber gun was selected as the focus.Five finite element models of the barrel with varying degrees of damage were established.These models were then coupled with the internal ballistic equations using ABAQUS/Explicit finite element software and its VUAMP subroutine.The results indicate that as radial wear increases,the projectile′s engraving process accelerates,prolonging both the stroke and duration of the engraving process.Furthermore,the projectile′s speed at the end of engraving increases,while key ballistic parameters such as muzzle velocity and chamber pressure gradually decrease.This study provides valuable insights into understanding how bore damage influences changes in ballistic performance and offers robust support for enhancing artillery performance and prolonging barrel service life.
