摘要
研究了埋头弹火炮弹带挤进时的流动应力和摩擦系数,针对其特殊结构数值计算了挤进阻力,分析了挤进过程对内弹道性能的影响.弹带流动应力的增加会使挤进阻力增大,磨擦系数的减小会降低阻力.该文模型计算的最大膛压和初速更接近实验数据,且进行内弹道计算的准确度更高.
The stress and the friction coefficient of band during the engraving process were researched, and the resistance of this special structure was calculated. The influence of the engraving process on the interior ballistic performance was also analyzed. The increase of band stress will bring about the engraving resistance increase, and the decrease of the friction coefficient will bring about the resistance decrease. The maximum bore pressure and the initial velocity calculated by the model concerned in this paper more approaches to the experimental data, and the precision is better.
