摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定秦巴山区忍冬叶中的无机元素.结果显示,从忍冬叶中检出47种无机元素,含量相对较高的无机元素有Sr,Ba,Zn,含量分别为65.949,35.972,11.870 mg/kg;检出Ce,La,Nd等14种稀土元素,Ce含量最高,为0.336 mg/kg,Lu含量最低,为0.002 mg/kg;含量稍高的8种重金属元素有Zn,Cu,Pb,Cr,Co,As,Cd,Sn,Cu和Pb含量分别为7.156,2.176 mg/kg;Bi,W,Sb 3种无机元素含量低于检出限,未能检出.此方法灵敏度较高,可实现多种元素同时检测,为忍冬叶中所含无机元素提供了实验依据.
The inorganic elements within the honeysuckle leaves were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The results showed that 47 inorganic elements were detected in honeysuckle leaves.The contents of inorganic elements Sr,Ba and Zn are relatively high,with the contents of 65.949,35.972,11.870 mg/kg,respectively.Among the 14 rare earth elements(Ce,La,Nd,etc)detected,Ce had the highest content at 0.336 mg/kg,while Lu had the lowest content at 0.002 mg/kg.Among 8 heavy metals with slightly higher contents including Zn,Cu,Pb,Cr,Co,As,Cd,Sn,the contents of Cu and Pb were 7.156,2.176 mg/kg,respectively.In addition,elements Bi,W and Sb were not detected due to their contents below the detection limit.The results showed that ICP-MS method is highly sensitive and allows for the simultaneous detection of multiple elements,providing experimental evidence for the inorganic elements contained in honeysuckle leaves.
