摘要
介绍一种机械手柄控制挡位的装载机加装倒车蜂鸣器的方法。由于机械手柄控制挡位的装载机,车辆前进或后退由手动操纵机械手柄来推动变速器控制阀挡位阀杆来实现,全程没有相应电信号参与,在此情况下加装倒车蜂鸣器难以设计控制线路。通过分析装载机变速器液压控制原理,利用装载机前进或后退时控制油路的油压变化,再通过油压压力开关把油压变化信号转换成电信号,解决加装倒车蜂鸣器所需控制线路的难题,成功加装倒车蜂鸣器。
A method of installing a reverse buzzer on a loader with a mechanical handle to control gear is introduced.As the forward or backwa rd movement of the loader with a mechanical handle to control gear is achieved by manually controlling the mechanical handle to push the transmission control valve gear lever and the whole process does not involve the corresponding electrical signals,it is difficult to design a control circuit for adding the reverse buzzer in this case.By analyzing the hydraulic control principle of the loader transmission,the oil pressure change of the control oil circuit during loader moving forward or backward is used,the oil pressure change signal is converted into an electrical signal through the oil pressure switch to solve the problem of required control circuit for installing a reverse buzzer,and the reverse buzzer is successfully installed.
