摘要
通过对往复式液压增压装置液压控制原理的分析,构建增压装置数学模型,根据数学模型对增压装置的工作特性进行初步判断。同时,通过实验监测不同压力等级下增压器的动态响应,对比得出响应特性结论。发现往复式增压器工作中存在“锯齿状”压力波动,其输出压力略大于理想值,输出误差在10%以内,最大换向时间随压力等级增加呈现先增加后减小趋势,换向次数随压力等级增加而增加。对于低于30 MPa的工况和控制精度比较高的工况,往复式增压器效率较低,并不适用,需引入闭环控制并考虑其波动特性。
By analyzing the hydraulic control principle of reciprocating hydraulic booster,the mathematical model of hydraulic booster was established and the preliminary judgment on the working characteristics of hydraulic booster was made according to the mathematical model.At the same time,the dynamic response monitoring of hydraulic booster under different pressure levels was carried out by experiment,and the response characteristics were compared and concluded.It is found that there is a“zigzag”pressure fluctuation in the operation of the reciprocating hydraulic booster,the output pressure is slightly higher than the ideal value and the output error is within 10%.The maximum commutation time increases first and then decreases with the increase of pressure level,and the number of commutations increases with the increase of pressure level.The reciprocating hydraulic booster is inefficient and unsuitable under the condition of less than 30 MPa and high control accuracy,closed-loop control should be introduced to consider its fluctuation characteristics.
