积极心理健康素养量表在初中生群体中的信效度检验 被引量:1

Validation and Reliability of the Positive Mental Health Literacy Scale in Middle School Students

摘要 目的:在初中生群体中修订积极心理健康素养量表,检验其信效度。方法:选取443名初中生在时间1施测一般情况问卷、积极心理健康素养量表、专业心理求助态度问卷、简易应对方式量表、广泛性焦虑量表和简版流调中心抑郁量表,并对其中的270名初中生在时间2施测积极心理健康素养量表、孤独感量表和积极心理健康量表。另外选取429名初中生施测积极心理健康素养量表,进行验证性因素分析。结果:(1)探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析均支持积极心理健康素养量表的单维结构;(2)积极心理健康素养量表的α系数和ω系数分别为0.793和0.796(样本1时间1)、0.793和0.800(样本1时间2)、0.833和0.835(样本2),重测信度为0.588(样本1);(3)T1积极心理健康素养与T1家庭经济状况(r=0.147,P<0.01)、积极应对方式(r=0.442,P<0.001)和专业心理求助态度(r=0.281,P<0.001)呈显著正相关,与T1抑郁(r=-0.457,P<0.001)和焦虑(r=-0.341,P<0.001)呈显著负相关;(4)T2积极心理健康素养与T2积极心理健康呈显著正相关(r=0.737,P<0.001),与T2孤独感呈显著负相关(r=-0.538,P<0.001);(5)T1积极心理健康素养与T2积极心理健康呈显著正相关(r=0.526,P<0.001),与T2孤独感呈显著负相关(r=-0.367,P<0.001)。结论:积极心理健康素养量表具有良好的信效度,可以用于以后的相关研究。 Objective:To test the validation and reliability of the Chinese version of the positive mental health literacy scale in middle school students.Methods:At time 1,the positive mental health literacy scale,attitude toward seeking professional psychological help questionnaire,simple coping style scale,generalized anxiety disorder scale,and center for epidemiological studies depression scale were distributed to 443 junior high school students.At time 2,a stack survey was conduct with positive mental health literacy scale,University of California at loneliness scale and the Chinese version of the Warwick-Edinburgh mental well-being scale(n=270).In addition,429 students from another junior high school were selected to answer the positive mental health literacy scale for confirmatory factor analysis.Results:(1)Both exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis supported the one-dimensional structure of the positive mental health literacy scale;(2)Theαcoefficients andωcoefficients of positive mental health literacy scale were 0.793 and 0.796(Sample 1,T1),0.793 and 0.800(Sample 1,T2),0.833 and 0.835(Sample 2),and the retest reliability was 0.588(Sample 1);(3)T1 positive mental health literacy was positively correlated with T1 positive coping style(r=0.442,P<0.001),and seeking professional psychological help attitude(r=0.281,P<0.001),and negatively correlated with T1 depression(r=-0.457,P<0.001)and anxiety(r=-0.341,P<0.001)in sample 1.(4)T2 positive mental health literacy was positively correlated with T2 positive mental health(r=0.737,P<0.001),and negatively correlated with T2 loneliness(r=-0.538,P<0.001)in sample 1;(5)T1 positive mental health literacy was positively correlated with T2 positive mental health(r=0.526,P<0.001),and negatively correlated with T2 loneliness(r=-0.367,P<0.001)in sample 1.Conclusion:Positive Mental Health Literacy Scale has good reliability and validity.
