摘要
目的探讨运用精益管理在提升病理科运营质效中的效果。方法对病理科进行资源合理配置、流程改善、绩效考核方案优化,并以信息化建设助力运营质效改革。结果病理报告限时完成率大幅度提升,患者和临床医生对病理科满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精益管理实现了病理标本全流程闭环管理,提升了病理科运营质效,提高了服务质量和服务内涵。
Objective:To explore the effect of the lean management in improving the operation quality and efficiency of the department of pathology.Method:Resources in the department were rationally allocated,processes improved,performance appraisal plans optimized.And the informatization technology construction was used to assist in operational quality and efficiency reform.Result:The completion rate of pathology report within the time limit was significantly increased,and the satisfaction of patients and clinicians with pathology department was significantly increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The lean management realizes the closed-loop management of the whole process of pathological specimen,improves the operation quality and efficiency of the pathology department,and also improves the service quality and service connotation.
