摘要
多重耐药菌问题不容忽视,经过多年临床工作的积累和总结,李俊教授认为伏邪病因广泛,邪气潜伏是基础,正虚是根本;伏邪致病起病隐匿,缠绵难愈。伏邪潜伏、发病与多重耐药菌定植、感染在病因、病机、发病特点方面具有多个相似性。据此,李教授提出基于伏邪理论治疗多重耐药菌定植及感染。在临证治疗中,正虚是其核心病机,扶正思想应贯穿其治疗始终。对于定植状态的患者,强调未病先防;对于感染状态,强调正邪兼顾,补泻合用,治邪以清透之法;疾病后期则应以扶正为主,防止邪气流连反复。
The problem of multidrug-resistant bacteria cannot be ignored.After years of accumulation and summary of clinical work,Professor Li Jun believes that the causes of Fuxie are widespread,latent evil is the foundation and qi deficiency is the root;Fuxie causes hidden onset,lingering and difficult to heal.There are many similarities between the latent and onset symptoms of Fuxie and colonisation and infection by multidrug-resistant bacteria in terms of aetiology,pathogenesis,and onset characteristics.Based on this,Professor Li proposed the treatment of multidrug-resistant bacterial colonisation and infection based on the theory of Fuxie.In clinical treatment,qi deficiency is the core pathogenesis,and strengthening the body should run through the entire treatment.For patients in a colonised state,it is emphasised to prevent the disease before it becomes ill;for infected patients,it is emphasised to take into account both good and evil,use a combination of supplements and diarrhoea,and use a precise method to treat evil;in the later stages of the disease,the focus should be on strengthening the body to prevent the evil from lingering and recurring.
