摘要
目的:探究仙方活命饮口服联合双氧水冲洗对肛周坏死性筋膜炎创面愈合的疗效。方法:选取肛周坏死性筋膜炎患者32例,随机分为对照组和研究组各16例,对照组患者予以双氧水冲洗创面,研究组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用仙方活命饮口服,两组均连续治疗4周。比较两组患者创面肉芽组织、分泌物、疼痛及水肿程度和愈合时间等指标。结果:研究组患者治疗14d、21d后创面肉芽组织生长情况优于对照组,分泌物少于对照组;治疗5d、7d、15d后创面水肿、疼痛改善情况优于对照组;总体愈合时间显著短于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:仙方活命饮口服联合双氧水冲洗促进肛周坏死性筋膜炎创面愈合疗效显著。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Xianfang Huoming decoction combined with hydrogen peroxide on perianal necrotizing fasciitis(Perianal necrotizing fasciitis,PNF)wound healing.Methods:32 PNF patients were randomly divided into two groups,16 in each group.The control group was given hydrogen peroxide to wash the wound,and the study group was given Xianfang Huoming decoction,and the two groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The granulation tissue,secretion,pain and edema degree and healing time were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment for 14 d、21 d,The granulation wounds in the study group tissue growth was better than that of the control group,and the secretion was decreased compared with the control group;After treatment for 5 d、7 d、15 d,wound edema and pain improvement were better than those of the control group,and the overall healing time of the study group was lower than that of the control group,all of them were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xianfang Huoming decoction combined with hydrogen peroxide irrigation can promote perianal necrotizing fasciitis wound healing.
