摘要
“十四五”规划背景下,自动化专业人才培养机制的优化和改革对于培养高素质人才具有重要意义。以中国石油大学(北京)自动化专业为例,针对自动化专业存在的问题,提出了自动化专业人才培养机制改革的问题和解决措施。基于OBE理论,采取了融合思政教育、调整课程设置、改革教学方法和改革实践教学等措施。此外,还研究了教学质量检测指标管理模式和自动化专业教学质量评估机制。通过这些改进,可以提高自动化专业人才培养的质量,培养具有国际视野和创新精神的高素质人才,为中国经济转型升级和发展做出贡献。
Under the 14th Five-Year Plan background,optimizing and reforming the talent cultivation mechanism for automation majors are of great significance for cultivating high-quality talents.Taking the automation major of China University of Petroleum(Beijing)as an example,in response to the problems existing in the automation major,the problems and solutions of the talent cultivation mechanism reform for automation majors are proposed.Based on the OBE theory,this paper integrated ideological and political education,adjusted curriculum settings,and reformed teaching methods and practical teaching.In addition,the management mode of teaching quality inspection indicators and the evaluation mechanism of teaching quality for automation majors were also studied.Through these improvements,the quality of training automation professionals can be improved,highquality talents with an international perspective and innovative spirit can be cultivated,and contributions can be made to the transformation,upgrading,and development of the economy of China.
