摘要
大型仪器培训是大型仪器开放共享平台重点工作之一,是提高平台效益的重点举措。本文分析了以往培训中存在的问题,通过及时更新培训目标、拓展培训方式方法、完善培训师资建设和建立培训长效机制等举措,构建了大型仪器多维度、多层次、多元化的长效培训体系。实践表明,该培训体系能有效提高培训效率,促进了大型仪器开放共享、助力人才培养,同时利于培训教师自身成长。
A multi-dimensional,multi-level,pluralistic and long-term training system is developed,including clarifying the objective of the training,expanding the training methods,building a comprehensive training faculty team,and establishing a long-term training mechanism,based on the training needs for large-scale precise instruments and equipment and the current situation of training conducted in core facility center of Capital Medical University.The training system will be beneficial for improving the investment and usage efficiency,as well as promoting the effectiveness for open use and talent training of large-scale instruments and equipment.
