摘要
民宿作为共享生活的新载体,具有为城市多元化贡献力量、促进城乡融合和产业转型、传承村落文化、优化生态环境、创新农村治理机制等多维功能。陕西省关中地区旅游资源丰富,区位条件优越,民宿经济发展的潜力巨大。通过对关中地区特色民宿的实地考察,发现该地区特色民宿数量少、分布散、发展水平不均衡,未能完全形成特色民宿集群,面临着生态保护与旅游发展、民居保护与商业开发、门票经济思维与全域旅游发展观、基础设施服务配套与民宿发展、村民参与旅游的主体地位以及外来民宿投资者社区融入感低等诸多困境。同时,特色民宿在管理水平、个性化和人情味服务、城市公寓民宿的“合法化”等方面存在着较多问题,针对这些困境和问题,从特色民宿的科学定位、模式创新、产业融合、民宿监管等方面提出相关发展路径。
As a sharing economy,homestay has multi-dimensi-ona l functions such as contributing to urban diversification,promoting urban-rural integration and industrial transformation,inheriting village culture,optimizing ecological environment,and innovating rural governance mechanism.Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province is rich in tourism resources and superior location conditions,so the potential of homestay economic development is huge.Through on-the-spot investigation of characteristic homestays in Guanzhong area,the author finds that the number of characteristic homestays in this area is small,the distribution is scattered,the development level is not balanced,and the characteristic homestay clusters are not completely formed.The homestays in this area are faced with many contradictions,such as ecological protection and tourism development,residential protection and commercial development,ticket economy thinking and global tourism development concept,infrastructure service supporting and homestay development,the main role of villagers in tourism,and the low sense of community integration of foreign homestay investors.At the same time,there are many problems in the management level,personalized and human service of characteristic homestays,and the'legalization'of urban apartment homestays.In view of these difficulties and problems,the author puts forward relevant selection paths from the aspects of scientific positioning,model innovation,industrial integration,and homestay supervision.
