摘要
民宿产业作为旅游业向现代农业和美丽乡村延伸的新型产业形式,通过对乡村空间资源再开发再利用,盘活了乡村闲置资源,拓展了人才返乡创业就业的空间,具有产业关联度高,辐射带动能力强的特征,是乡村振兴的重要载体。本文在文献梳理基础上,通过案例调查,定量分析了民宿产业时空演进特征及民宿产业与地区旅游业发展的动态交互效应,同时就乡村振兴战略下民宿产业高质量发展发展路径进行了探讨。
As a new model of industry extending from tourism to modern agriculture and beautiful countryside,homestay inn industry expands the space for talents to return rural and start up employment by re-exploiting and reusing rural space resources,which has the characteristics of high industrial relevance and strong radiation-driven ability.It is an important carrier for rural vitalization.Based on the literature review,this paper quantitatively analyses the characteristics of spatial and temporal evolution of homestay inn industry and the dynamic relationship between homestay inn industry and regional tourism development through case study,and discussed the path of high-quality development of homestay inn industry under the background of Rural Vitalization Strategy.
