摘要
某电厂2#锅炉床温偏差随着锅炉负荷的增加而提高,额定负荷时,最大床温偏差可达150℃,锅炉燃烧均匀性较差。同时,一次风进风方式导致炉内流化质量变差,影响燃料与脱硫剂的高效利用。为改善床温均匀性,提高脱硫效率,对现有一次风道及水冷风室内部进行了流场模拟,模拟结果表明:通过优化一次风道及水冷风室内气流组织,能够有效改善一次风系统布风的均匀性。
The bed temperature deviation of 2#boiler in a power plant increases with the increase of boiler load.The maximum bed temperature deviation can reach 150℃at rated load,and the combustion uniformity of boiler is poor.The fluidization quality in fluidization quality in the furnace becomes worse,which affects the efficient utilization of fuel and desulfurizer.In order to improve the uniformity of bed temperature and enhance the desulfurization efficiency,the flow field inside the existing primary air duct and water-cooled air chamber is simulated.The simulation results show that the air distribution uniformity of primary air system can be effectively improved by optimizing the air distribution in primary air duct and water-cooled air chamber。
