摘要
循环流化床锅炉的两裤衩腿炉膛之间存在床料存量平衡问题.基于两侧炉膛内物料浓度差引起气体携带颗粒横向流动的假设,建立了裤衩腿炉膛的复合压降模型,应用数值模拟方法对倒料现象进行动态仿真.结果表明:该模型可以预测裤衩腿之间的床料量不平衡现象;不进行主动调节时裤衩腿炉膛内的固体颗粒横向流动是一个正反馈过程,因此可以对两侧炉膛的风烟系统加一个操作,使两裤衩腿炉膛床料维持平衡.
The problem of bed material unbalance between the breeches-legs in the circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler is founded during the operation. Based on the assumption that the transverse flow is caused by the solid density difference between the legs, a compound pressure drop model for the furnace with breeches-legs is suggested for the dynamic simulation of the material-returning phenomenon by use of numerical simulation. The result indicates that the model can predict the unbalance phenomenon. If no initiative control is done, the transverse flow of the solid particles in the furnace with breeches-legs is a positive feedback process. Thus additional negative feedback control is necessary to keep balance of the bed materials between the legs.
