摘要
地方高校“严进宽出”的培养模式造成“快乐大学”现象屡禁不止,严重影响着高校人才培养质量,大学生学业合理“增负”势在必行。“增负”需从课程供给端、学业需求端和评价考核端三端共同发力:学生转变观念、自主“增负”;教师潜心教学、打造“金课”;学校完善考核、多元评价。从而实现学业合理“增负”,促进大学生成长成才。
The"strict admission and lenient graduation"training model in local universities has led to a persistent"happy university"phenomenon,severely affecting the quality of talent cultivation.It is imperative to implement reasonable"increased academic burden"for students.This"increased burden"should be addressed from three aspects:course provision,academic demand,and evaluation.Students should change their mindset and take the initiative to increase their academic load;teachers should focus on teaching and develop high-quality courses;and universities should improve assessment and adopt diverse evaluation methods.This approach will achieve reasonable"increased academic burden"and promote students'growth and development.
