浅埋深综放工作面采空区“三带”分布研究 被引量:1

Study on Distribution of"Three Zones"of Goaf in Shallow Buried Deep and Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Face

摘要 为研究浅埋深综放工作面采空区“三带”分布规律,在串草圪旦煤矿6101综放工作面采空区埋设束管,对采空区“三带”进行了现场实测。实测结果表明:由于煤层埋深浅、地表起伏大、进风侧存在地表漏风,进风侧采空区“三带”明显滞后于回风侧,进回风两侧氧化带宽度分别为87.8 m和61.4 m。利用FLUENT软件对实测条件下该工作面采空区“三带”进行了数值模拟,模拟结果和现场实测结果基本一致。同时模拟了不漏风条件下该工作面采空区“三带”分布,此时采空区散热带、氧化带范围大幅度减小,进风侧采空区氧化带稍大,而工作面中部和回风侧“三带”分布基本一致。 In order to study the distribution of"three zones"of goaf in shallow buried and fully mechanized top coal caving face,measurement was carried out by burying bundle tube in the goaf of 6101 face in Chuancaogedan coal mine.The measured results show that the"three zones"in the air inlet side are significantly behind the return side due to the shallow burried coal seam,the large surface undulation and the surface air leakage in the air inlet side.The width of oxidation zone on each sides is 87.8 m and 61.4 m respectively.The"three zones"of the goaf in the working face were simulated by using FLUENT software under the measured conditions,and the simulation results were consistent with the field measured results.At the same time,the distribution of"three zones"in the goaf was simulated under the condition of no air leakage.At this time,the range of dispersed zone and oxidation zone is greatly reduced,and the oxidation zone on the air inlet side is slightly larger,the distribution of"three zones"in the middle of the working face and the return air side is basically the same.
