摘要
为推动新质新域作战力量生成,有效支撑军事智能装备建设发展,从军事智能装备的本质出发,围绕规格试验、能力考核、状态评估3个主要方面,总结智能装备试验“融智赋能”增量考核的内涵要义,并形成“验推较评”一体的军事智能装备试验鉴定技术框架,提出智能水平评估基础平台建设构想和小圈闭环的新型智能验证模式,为智能装备试验鉴定发展提供了借鉴参考。
In order to promote the generation of new quality and domain combat forces and effectively support the construction and development of military intelligent equipment,the connotation and essence of the incremental assessment of“integrating intelligence and enabling capability”in intelligence equipment test are summarized from the essence of military intelligent equipment understanding as the starting point,centering on three main aspects of specification test,ability assessment and state evaluation,a technical framework of military intelligent equipment test and evaluation integrating“verification,inference,comparison and evaluation”is formed,and the construction idea of intelligent level assessment basic platform and a new intelligent verification mode of small circle and closed-loop are proposed,it provides a reference for the development of intelligent equipment testing and identification.
