摘要
武器装备对抗的体系化是信息化战场的显著特征,然而体系对抗过程的复杂性使得体系作战效能研究相对较为困难。基于系统工程思想提出了一种体系对抗的研究方法,方法将研究内容分为四个层次:对抗交互层、系统损伤层、功能层、效能层,首先给出了各层次的定义。然后对该研究方法的思想和步骤进行了详细的阐述,通过建立各层次描述指标,研究层次间相互关系,在此基础上从分析体系对抗的物理规律入手,采用定量与定性相结合,依次完成各层指标的推理和计算,得到对抗条件下武器装备体系的作战效能。最后以导弹防御体系与具有突防能力的某导弹武器系统的对抗为例,验证了方法的有效性。
The systematism of weapon combat is the typical characteristic of informationized battlefield. Since the combat is a complex process, the operational effectiveness evaluation of weapon system-of-systems is not easy. An approach to study the weapon system-of-systems is presented based on the systems engineering methodology, which employs four classes of metrics to characterize the system-of-systems. The four levels are: combat interaction class, system damage state class, function class and effectiveness class. Firstly, the definition of each class is given. Then the approach is introduced in detail about its notion and operational steps. According to the approach, the four classes of metrics and the mapping between two adjacent classes are developed, based on which the measures of each class are computed using both qualitative methods and quantitative methods. And the operational effectiveness of weapon system-of-systems is the final output. In the end, the approach is applied to a special example, the combat of a missile defense system with an attack missile with effective countermeasures.
