摘要
人类发展的漫漫长河中,正义不断地在历史中被塑造与规定,流动的现代性在消解传统正义的同时促成了空间正义的出场,资本全球化进程的加速带来了一系列空间问题的接续上演。社会的复杂多变、资本的利己本性导致了各类异质性话语体系间的对抗与冲突。在解决空间非正义现象的诸多语境中,促进空间正义问题的视域融合对这一时代课题作出了积极回应。交往实践视域中的主体际问题是搁置异质性思维、实现平等交往之前提;达成多元空间主体在承认、反思中的协商与理解,实现全球治理下的政治话语整合是应有之义;探索视域融合的具体实践方案,在可行性能力与反思平衡法的交流与争鸣中实现正义视域的横向拓展,谋求全球正义的实现。
In the long river of human development,justice has been constantly shaped and regulated in history.The fluidity of modernity has dissolved traditional justice while promoting the emergence of spatial justice.The acceleration of capital globalization has brought about a series of spatial problems.The complexity and variability of society,as well as the selfish nature of capital,have led to confrontations and conflicts among various heterogeneous discourse systems.In the various contexts of addressing spatial injustice,promoting the integration of perspectives on spatial justice issues has made a positive response to this contemporary issue.The inter subjective issues in the perspective of communicative practice are a prerequisite for setting aside heterogeneous thinking and achieving equal communication.It is necessary to achieve consultation and understanding among diverse spatial subjects in recognition and reflection,and to integrate political discourse under global governance,explore specific practical solutions for integrating perspectives,achieve horizontal expansion of the justice perspective through the exchange and debate of feasibility and reflective balance methods,and seek the realization of global justice.
