摘要
为确保盾构机刀盘及泥浆循环系统在整个穿越过程中运行正常,同时保留桥梁上部结构,保障穿越处高架桥面正常通行,需要在不破坏桥梁主体结构的前提下,对既有桥梁进行顶升托换。为了解决既有桥梁下部结构托换改造过程中,由于狭小空间、无法使用大型机械设备而导致老立柱拆除困难的问题,结合上海市域线机场联络线JCXSG-13标浦东机场南回转匝道桥墩托换项目,通过设置钢抱箍体系保留顶部柱头、采用定滑轮及钢丝绳水平拖拽首节切割段、利用折臂吊机逐节拎吊切割拆除,保证桥梁下部结构托换改造的顺利完成。该施工技术可为相似类型加固改造和超低净空条件工程提供借鉴。
To maintain the normal operation of the shield machine's cutterhead and mud circulation system throughout the crossing,and to preserve the superstructure of the bridge while ensuring normal traffic flow on the viaduct at the crossing point,it is critical to lift and replace the supports of the existing bridge without damaging its main structure.In the context of the Pudong Airport south rotary ramp bridge pier support exchange project,part of the JCXSG-13 bid for Shanghai's Regional Airport Link,challenges in removing old columns due to restricted spaces and the inability to utilize large machinery are addressed.The construction technique involves retaining the top column heads with a steel hoop system,using a fixed pulley and steel wire rope to horizontally drag the initial cut section,and employing an articulated crane for sequential lifting and cutting.This ensures the successful completion of the bridge's lower structure reinforcement and modification.This construction technology serves as a reference for similar reinforcement and modification projects under conditions of ultra-low clearance.
