摘要
本文对即将修订的《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017-2003)中构造要求部分提出了几点建议,文章采用原文与所提观点对照的形式进行表述;本规范应同施工工艺细则方法进行区分,使之成为钢结构设计的通用标准;本文还主要把规范中部分构造要求条款同国内外船舶入级与建造规范的相应条款进行了比较与分析,希望能够对重新编制工作有所帮助。
This paper gives some suggestions about the revision on Code for Design of Steel Structures GB 50017-2003 in terms of detailing requirements. All the suggestions are expressed in the form of contrasting the proposed opinions with original articles. The Code for Design of Steel Structures should be distinguished from construction technology operating provisions to make it a general standard for the design of steel structures. What＇s more, part of the articles related to detailing requirements in the Code for Design of Steel Structures are also analyzed and compared with that of the rules and regulations for classification and construction of ships. Hopefully all the discussions presented here are helpful to the revision of the Code for Design of Steel Structures.
