摘要
泥浆处理是泥水平衡盾构工程的重要组成部分,包含泥水分离、调制新浆、泥浆干化、砂石回收等系统。泥浆处理系统的整体处理能力对保证正常掘进至关重要,目前盾构工程的泥水处理场地设计和设备匹配较经验化,易出现处理能力不足使盾构停机的情况。依托杭州之江路泥水盾构工程现有的泥水处理方法和设备,基于途经土体实测参数和泥水循环系统的全流程物料平衡,计算分析了主要池体所需容积及各处理环节所需处理量和分流比,匹配了相应参数的处理方法及设备,形成一套泥浆处理系统的计算分析方法。在此基础上设计改进后的场地布置,以实现设备投入、处理场地、泥浆处理量三者平衡。
Mud treatment is an important part of the mud-balanced shield project,comprising systems such as mud separation,new mud preparation,mud drying,and sand and gravel recovery.The overall processing capacity of the mud treatment system is crucial for ensuring normal excavation.Currently,the design and equipment matching at the mud treatment site of shield projects are often empirical,which can lead to the shield stopping due to insufficient processing capacity.Based on the existing mud treatment methods and equipment of the Hangzhou Zhijiang Road Mud Shield Project,and the measured parameters of the soil and the material balance of the entire mud circulation system,the required volume of the main tanks,the required treatment capacity,and the split ratio of each treatment link are calculated and analyzed.The corresponding treatment methods and equipment are then matched to form a set of calculation and analysis methods for the mud treatment system.On this basis,the improved site layout is designed to achieve a balance between equipment input,treatment site,and mud treatment capacity.
